Cebu Earthquake,Tsunami scares and the SRP...

With the recent 6.9 intensity earthquake that hit Cebu and Negros Oriental in the morning of Feb. 6, 2012 and an alarming Tsunami alert that was raised and lifted on the very same day, I am pretty sure this will affect the buying decision of any person who might be thinking of acquiring a property in a high-rise development such as the booming condominium development in the city or a property nearby the sea.

But did you know that Cebu City is not included in the list of Earthquake & Tsunami prone areas in the country? Yes you read it right, below are the list of Philippine Fault Zone or Areas, click on the link to see the map.
